Vertical workflow software for criminal defense, bail bond, and private investigation practices. Pre-launch; founding cohort and design partners.
An operator's
holding company.
Butler Solutions LC owns and operates a vertical software brand, an applied-AI consulting brand, a Detroit corporate-operations brand, and the regulated services that ground them. A working holding company, run by the operator who built it.
Butler is built by the person who runs it.
Butler Solutions LC is not a holding-company layer that sits above the operating work and watches from a distance. It is a working firm whose founder also runs the regulated services, makes the software calls, and supports the AI-assisted operating businesses underneath the public brands.
That arrangement is the whole point. Software for criminal defense, bail bond, and private investigation work has to be built by people who have stood in those workflows. AI consulting has to come from someone who has shipped AI-assisted operations against real constraints. Holdings exists to make that lineage legible, not to mask it.
What follows is the rest of that account — the three public brands, the operating work that grounds them, the principal operator behind it, and the path for serious inquiries.
Three brands. One operating entity.
Each Butler brand keeps its own identity, audience, and operating footprint. The corporate parent points to them honestly without absorbing their visual language or implying customer-base claims they have not earned.
Applied AI consulting out of Detroit. Practical use cases, working prototypes, and AI systems integrated into existing tools and workflows.
Detroit-seated corporate operations: client services, marquee engagements, and hiring. The operator-facing public surface of the firm.
The work that grounds the brands.
Beneath the public surfaces is the operating substance: regulated services under state licensure, AI-assisted work for small and mid-sized businesses, and the legal and consulting work performed inside the entity.
Beneath the operating tiers sits the firm's privately operated infrastructure — multi-agent systems, multi-cluster Kubernetes, and GPU-supported workloads. Internal capability, not a separate product.
Built by someone close to the work.
Justin Butler runs Butler Solutions LC as a builder and operator across its public brands and operating work.
Butler is not a detached holding-company layer. It is a working firm built by an operator who stays close to the regulated services, the software, the consulting engagements, and the infrastructure that supports them.
The leadership page carries the substantive biography. The point on the homepage is accountability: counterparties should be able to see the operating thesis and the person responsible for it.
Inquiries route through the office of the holdings.
Investors, partners, press, vendors, prospective hires, and administrative counterparties may write directly. Product-specific evaluation continues through the relevant brand.
